SE BenefitsGroup Health Insurance Regular full-time employees are covered by Schneider Engineering’s Group Health plan. Coverage begins on the first day of the month following 90 days of continuous full-time employment. The Company pays 100% of the employee’s coverage and the first 50% of eligible dependent’s coverage. Spouse and children can be added with the premium paid by the employee through payroll deductions twice a month.
Short Term Disability Insurance Regular full-time employees are covered by Short Term Disability Insurance after 90 days of continuous employment. The Company pays 100% of this benefit for SE employees. In the event of covered illness or injury and you are unable to work, this benefit will pay up to 60% of your regular salary. Long Term Disability Insurance Regular full-time employees are covered by Long Term Disability Insurance after 90 days of continuous employment. The Company pays 100% of this benefit for SE employees. Should you become totally or partially disabled and are unable to work, this benefit will pay you 60% of your regular salary. Accidental Death and Dismemberment Regular full-time employees are covered by an AD & D Life Insurance policy in the amount of $15,000. Coverage begins after 90 days of full-time continuous employment. The Company pays 100 percent of the employee’s policy. Paid Time Off (PTO) Regular full-time employees who have been with the Company for one (1) full year are credited with 120 hours of annual leave. Employees who have been with the Company for five (5) years or more are credited with 160 hours of annual leave. Employees who have been with the Company for ten (10) years or more are credited with 200 hours of annual leave. Holiday Leave Regular full-time employees will be immediately eligible to celebrate up to nine (9) paid holidays. 401(k) Full-time and part-time employees who are at least 21 years of age and who have been continuously employed for a period of one (1) year will be eligible for the Company 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan. Employees must have been credited with 1,000 or more hours of service during the twelve (12) month period beginning with the employee’s hire date. The Company matches up to 200 percent of the employee’s contribution for a maximum Company input of 9 percent of pay/salary. Updated 2/10
