Engineering Design Services: Designed to assist electric utilities with all types of engineering projects. Our Clients include electric cooperatives, large and small municipal utilities, investor-owned utilities and energy services-construction companies. SE’s engineering services are grouped into the following categories:

System Planning: All types of planning and operational support services and studies. The main products and services are categorized as follows:

Operational Support:  Technical support services designed to assist Clients with system operations and special technical questions that arise in day-to-day operations. SE's Planning Engineers provide the information to help Clients better manage and operate their systems. Because of our knowledge of our Client's systems, SE is prepared to assist with analysis, studies and other technical assistance. SE has the resources and the tools to help our Clients solve their technical / operational questions.

Regulatory and Regional Affairs: Assist Clients in monitoring, tracking and complying with requirements of State and Federal mandates and to assist Clients in staying abreast of regional developments. These services are designed to help Clients manage and maintain records and track and monitor Federal, State and other regional affairs that impact their business.

Power Supply and Rate Services: Services are designed to assist Clients with power supply issues and opportunities, rates-pricing and special projects that require analytical evaluations / assessments.  With our understanding of the power markets, ERCOT, planning and regulatory aspects of our Client's business, and our experience with financial planning, rate-pricing design and analysis, SE is uniquely positioned to ensure our Clients success in these types of projects.

Project Management: Designed to partner with you as an extension of your staff to ensure that projects are completed on-time and on-budget.  From project inception, our staff can develop a detailed project schedule and project budget to drive the engineering and construction effort.  Our resources and services in include project scheduling, project budgeting and project construction services.
