The Data Collector role will work on a minimum 3 up to 6-month contract basis with the option to come on full-time at the end of the contract period based on performance. No experience is required. All training necessary will be provided.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect data from electric poles spanning 400 miles
- Accurately enter data into ERSI map collector software
- Perform task in an efficient and detailed manner
- Work M-F 8-10/hour days
Position Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to walk across rough terrain in West Texas – Midland/Pecos
- Conduct work in a professional and detailed manner
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Experience using current technology (smartphone, iPad, etc.)
Additional Experience preferred but not required:
- Utility/Coop Experience
- Understanding of basic electrical components
- ESRI Map
Pay rate is $18-$20/hour
